Are you working through an injury, and not finding the right support during a regular yoga class? Do you have a physical or mental health condition that is stopping you from going to your local centre to practise? Or, never tried yoga before, and feeling a little anxious about where to start? Alternately, wanting to deepen your practise at a time that suits you? If you desire to take a yoga class that meets your individual needs or if you have a particular goal in mind, then private classes could be for you.
A one-to-one class can be arranged at a time and place to suit you.
I come to you. These classes could be held in your home, or a centre nearby if preferred, to be agreed upon booking.
The session will be based around your goals and requirements.
There’s an emphasis on going at your own pace, with your own needs, and relaxation, with the added relaxed environment.
The session can give you better awareness of your health and very practical insight and knowledge to maintain it and care for yourself.
Get in touch via the contact form with information about yourself and your needs and we’ll arrange the first session at a time convenient to you. The first session will be 90 minutes, giving us a half hour consultation time where we discuss your requirements for your practise. The yoga practise will then be one hour in total.
If you decide to continue your sessions, you can book them one at a time or book a batch of sessions, either 60 minutes or 90 minutes for each session.

*I offer concession rates to those with low income and a demonstrated need for yoga. I’m passionate to share yoga with every body – yoga is suitable for all and I aim to make my tutoring accessible for all.
Private group tuition is also available.
