To attend these online classes you’ll need to register with Zoom and start up a free account.

When you book any of these classes above you will receive a receipt email. You will then receive the class link approximately two hours before your chosen class starts.

Please test your video and audio beforehand, and join the class ahead of the start time.

Restorative Yoga & Deep Relaxation combines Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra, and is suitable for all levels including seniors and those with injuries.  The class starts with some restorative yoga postures with the body in supported positions allowing the nervous system to relax, bringing all the benefits of the posture without any effort involved. The second half of the class will be yoga nidra – guided relaxation, allowing the body to let go and release deeper tensions and stress. You can be seated comfortably or lying down for the relaxation. A perfect way to let go of any physical or emotional tensions and calm the mind.

Pranayama, Yoga, Meditation is an evening wind down session beginning with a gentle opening of the breath, working up to a non-flow yoga sequence especially created to assist your system to let go into a restful state. Each week will be a themed class so we’ll work with various postures working towards specific aims. The class will involve breathwork (pranayama) and meditation and end with relaxation. A perfect mid-week class open to all levels of experience and for those looking to deepen their practise at a steady pace. 

Slow Flow is a flowing yoga practice which is suited to all levels including beginners. It is an ideal class for students who enjoy flowing classes but at a slower pace. The class will start with warming up, then a flowing sequence of postures with an emphasis on mindful movement and alignment, ending in warm down and relaxation. The flow will include basic postures with optional variations for more advanced students.

Deep Relaxation is a combination of therapeutic practises to help people de-stress and truly relax. The class involves breathing practices, meditation and guided relaxation (yoga nidra) to round out the session. Suitable for all levels including seniors and those with injuries. You can be seated or lying down in any comfortable position or use a chair if preferred.

Energise Yoga Flow is a dynamic morning class to start the weekend nourished and energised, designed to encourage breath awareness and easeful movement. We’ll warm up with a flowing sequence of poses aligned with the breath, assisting to regulate the internal systems and let go of any accumulated tension. A perfect way to let go of the week and start the weekend with revitalised energy.
