What to expect and what to bring
Yuli’s group classes involve bodywork (asana, mudras and bandhas), breathwork (pranayama) devotional singing (mantra, kirtan) and relaxation plus meditation. Alignment based explanations will be given in class and adjustments will be suggested for each individual student. You can expect a non competitive, light-hearted and grounding class with a supportive atmosphere. The class might be physically challenging but you should leave feeling light and re-energised. Yuli teaches in an open level style and will adapt the class to suit everybody.
Remember to come to class with an empty stomach, i.e. take no food for approx 3-4 hours minimum prior to the class start time.
