WEDNESDAY
• Evening Meditation, 18:00 – 18:45,

THURSDAY
• Morning Meditation, 11:00 – 11:45, message me to book your space.

FRIDAY
• Meditation (for five weeks, starting 10/4/20), 18:00 – 19;00, bookings via www.nlys.co.uk
• Deep Relaxation (bring a blanket), 19:30 – 20:30, bookings via www.northlondonyogacentre.com

To attend these classes you’ll need to register with Zoom and start up a free account. When you book via the studios or book my class by messaging me, you’ll receive the class link one hour before the scheduled time. Please test your video and audio beforehand, and join the class 15 minutes early.
